Our new location is now open. 934 Rt.22 EAST, North Plainfield (in the old Einstein Moomjy building). Extra parking in the rear, accessible from Jefferson Avenue.
We have a second location in South Plainfield that opened in January 2013 at 2328 Plainfield Avenue, next to the Bagel Pantry and CVS Pharmacy.
We have World Class Trainers. We offer classes in Krav Maga, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Boxing, Tae Kwon Do, Muay Thai, Mixed Martial Arts ,Zumba, P90X, Kettle Bells, Group Fitness and Cross Fit
